It's a Minolta Maxxum AF 35-80mm 4-5.6 which I bought with a very nice price. I read that Minolta lenses are good and produced sharp images compared to Sony normal lenses(cannot compare with the G models and Carl Zeiss). Fyi, Minolta lenses can be used with Sony Alpha DSLR as they share the same a-mount, which is a blessing as I can get some legendary Konica Minolta lenses later. My wishlist now, KM 'beercan' and 50mm f1.7 prime lens!
