Ham Choy soup

Wow. It's been a while since I updated this blog. Just came back from Malaysia's highest sports complex last week for the annual track and field event. Good to be back home, and it's even sweeter that it's school holidays now. Time to take more photos!

Anyway, my wife bought a big, fresh red snapper from a friend of hers. Almost 4kgs which costs her RM90. I never had a fish this big in the kitchen. We thought of methods to cook the fish, before deciding on ham choy soup.

Not much of ingredients used for tonight's dinner. We just prepared some tomatoes, ham choys, parsley and ginger and boil it together with the fish. After dashes and dashes of salt, msg and sugar, we got the taste right.

Dinners is served!
