Risma - Sports-themed photoshoot

This particular session was held last month, and the theme was sportswear. Lucky for us our talent Risma was quite athletic and didn't mind being out under the hot afternoon sun. My fellow photos and I however, came home being tanned and sunburned but it was all worth it.

We did the photoshoot at Likas Sports Complex.

The Upside-Down house (rumah terbalik) of Tamparuli, Sabah

It has been in the news just recently, whereby the first upside-down house in Malaysia was built in Sabah. It was reported that the owner spent almost half a million for this.

My wife and I were on our way to Tamparuli when she suggested that we visit that place. Little did we expect that it was just beside the roadside if you're going to Mt. Kinabalu, just before the Shell station. There were a big number of people were already there when we arrived.

There's even an upside-down Perodua Kancil in the garage!

Ticket costs RM10 for Malaysian adults. You need to produce you IC though. Normal price is RM18 for adults and RM5 for kids.

Then you queue before getting into the house.

The reception counter.

There's a short briefing session about this place before entering the house.

Before you enter the door, there's one small problem though. You can't take a single photo inside or a fine of RM100 will be imposed. From what I saw, it was good. The washing machine, the aircon, tables and house furnitures were upside down but personally, I do think there's lack of home 'decors' to make is as homely as possible.

There's a small souvenir shop located just after the house.

There's a cafeteria as well.
