Last Friday, my school celebrated another achievement, which is putting the school's name in the Malaysian Book of Record for the Most Number of Flower Pots Made of Recycled Bottles. For the past few months, the school have been diligently collection unused bottles from various sources. The biggest donor came from workshops around Kota Kinabalu.
Datuk Philip B. Lasimbang was invited to witness and helped counting the bottles. At first, the initial target was 3000, but in the end, the school managed to gather 5584 bottles!
